Services
Pupil Workshops
Our 6-hour pupil workshops, delivered in two blocks of 3 hours, address key issues such as stereotypes, emotional literacy, and attitudes towards women. These interactive sessions aim to help men develop a healthy, well-rounded understanding of masculinity. By providing a safe and supportive environment, we encourage boys to explore and express their identities freely, fostering positive self-image and emotional growth. Our workshops are designed to be both educational and enjoyable, ensuring that participants leave with valuable insights and practical skills that they can apply in their daily lives.

2 Hour Staff Training
Our staff training sessions are practical and engaging, focusing on promoting positive behaviours and attitudes among male students. We provide immediate, high-impact strategies that educators can implement to support men in their development. The training covers various topics, including understanding the socio-cultural factors influencing masculinity, addressing behavioural issues, and fostering a supportive school environment. By the end of the session, educators will have a deeper understanding of how to effectively guide and mentor their male students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

We offer a combined package of our pupil workshops and staff training sessions at a 10% discount. This comprehensive approach ensures that both students and staff are aligned in promoting a healthy understanding of masculinity within the school environment. The combined program not only addresses the needs of the students but also equips staff with the tools and knowledge to reinforce positive messages. This holistic approach fosters a supportive and inclusive culture where everyone is committed to the well-being and development of the men in their care.

We conduct assemblies that engage and educate large groups of students on the importance of positive masculinity. These sessions are tailored to fit the specific needs of your school, addressing relevant topics and fostering a school-wide dialogue. Our assemblies are designed to be interactive and thought-provoking, encouraging students to reflect on their own experiences and perspectives. RSE Days
Our Relationship and Sex Education (RSE) Days focus on fostering healthy relationships, consent, and mutual respect among students. These comprehensive sessions cover essential topics such as communication skills, emotional literacy, and respect for boundaries. By providing students with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate relationships healthily and respectfully, we aim to reduce instances of bullying and harassment. Our RSE Days are designed to be inclusive and engaging, ensuring that all students feel empowered to make positive choices in their interactions with others

Parental Support
Our sessions for parents provide insights and strategies to support their children in developing a positive understanding of masculinity at home. We offer practical advice on how to communicate effectively with boys about their feelings and experiences and how to model positive behaviours. These sessions aim to create a cohesive approach between home and school, fostering a supportive environment for men to thrive. By involving parents in the conversation about masculinity, we ensure that our efforts to promote healthy development are reinforced at all levels.

Corporate Services
Corporate Services Include:
- Parental support sessions = 75 minutes
- Lunchtime session = 30 minutes/1 hour
- Directors/leaders workshop = 90 minutes
- Staff workshop = 2 hours or 1/2 day with the option to be off site if this is a preference
- Men only worshop/Working dads workshops = 2 hours or 1/2 day with the option to be off site if this is a preference
